Thanks Ruth. Yes, I found out about Adyashanti via Bonnie Greenwell. I’ve appreciated his perspective. Bonnie did a really great interview with him a few years back. Its a two parter. On the internet somewhere. I will post it when I find it. You may have heard it before however a good one for others interested in the kundalini and awakening process. xo
