This was amazing! Thank you! I’ve been listening and following Abraham-Hicks for a while now and I went to my first seminar in Oct 2019. It was an amazing experience.

This morning, EXACTLY A MONTH LATER (now that I am looking at the calendar!) I had a Blue glass, Butterflies, and feather experience. I woke up in a good mood and was determined to shift my focus from previous days. I had a great Sunday and a good Monday. But something about this Tuesday morning felt different and felt like a weekend. So I got up to prepare for the day and I noticed “blue glass”. They are oil and spray bottles that I keep in my bathroom and travel with – things that I see every day. And as I was brushing my teeth, I saw the label on the back that said “blue glass” and I was pleasantly triggered. I dressed and walked out the door and was immediately met with a beautifully colored pidgeon and I admired the “feathers” as it casually walked in front of me. Later in the day, while listening to Abraham-Hicks on YouTube, there was a recording that was labeled with a little graphic butterfly that attracted my attention. The recording was about processing childhood trauma – a message that I needed to receive – and so I did.

My Blue Glass, Butterflies, and Feather Experience today (11/26/2019) was everything that I hoped it would be. I am appreciative!

Well, the Abraham-Hicks cruise pulls into Victoria tonite. So I’m heading off to vibrationally stalk them … its an absolutely gorgeous evening!

Exellent sum up Jenny, that’s exactly it! “Suck it up” is just internalized mean self talk (usually picked up from an earlier place in our life by people who talked to themselves (and usually others) in that same kind of brutal way. Being mean to ourselves (and others) don’t get us anywhere from a vibrational point of view. Cause it just attracts more of the same. The trick is exactly as you write … get off the subject that doesn’t feel good, onto one that does. And then, after hanging out in that energy for a while, we’ll have a different relationship to the original conundrum. FYI, just discovered the audio is available on the net, we’ll plug it into the blog post soon. Make it easy for folks to hear (and get all of Abraham’s take, instead of just my paraphrasing). Thanks for processing what you were given last year and sharing it here, Christina. You just gave me a big “ah-ha” about shifting my vibe to a higher level. It’s not about willing myself to a higher level by forcing myself to ‘suck it up’ and get there. “If only I had the right process, I could do this.” It’s about relaxing my focus on what’s not working, locating a higher level vibe in some aspect of my life that feels good to me now, and letting that good feeling lift me to a higher level over time like water gradually lifts a ship to a higher body of water using a lock.
